Get one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals. You’ll learn from experienced mentors who can help you navigate life’s challenges. A mentor can provide you with guidance, advice, and feedback.

Enhance your communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. You’ll learn about different career paths, gain valuable experience, and build your professional network.

How to Get Involved

Each program requires students to submit an application. Top candidates will meet with a CLAS staff member for 30 minutes to discuss their interests and goals.

Program Commitments

Meet virtually with your mentor/mentorship circle once a month for 60 minutes.

Required events:

  • Student orientation.
  • Kickoff event.
  • Student dinners (3-4 throughout the year).
  • End of year event.
