- Professor Christian Tryon will serve as head of the Department of Anthropology through August 2026.
- Professor of Psychological Sciences Inge-Marie Eigsti will serve as director of research and liaison to CLAS for the Institute for the Brain and Cognitive Sciences through August 2026.
- Professor of Psychological Sciences Nicole Landi will serve as interim director of the Brain Imaging Research Center for fall 2023.
- Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor Kathleen Segerson will serve as interim head of the Department of Economics for fall 2023.
- Professor Richard Langlois will serve as head of the Department of Economics beginning in January 2024 through August 2028.
- Professor George Gibson will serve as interim head of the Department of Physics for fall 2023.
- Professor Andrew Deener will serve as head of the Department of Sociology through August 2028.
- Professor of Political Science Evelyn Simien will serve as interim director of the Africana Studies Institute through August 2024.
- Associate Professor Charles Venator-Santiago, who has a joint appointment in the Department of Political Science and El Instituto, will serve as interim director of El Instituto through August 2024.
- Associate Professor of Philosophy Thomas Bontly will serve as director of the Environmental Studies Program through August 2024.
