CLAS Launches New Shared Services

Dear CLAS Faculty and Staff,

We are excited to announce the launch of CLAS Shared Services. All of the services you are used to receiving, including business services, grant management, computer support, facilities,  and illustration services, are now under one umbrella to ensure efficiency and standards in processes while maintaining a high quality of customer service.

Our objective is to relieve administrative burden from the faculty and staff so they can focus on meeting departmental and College academic and research missions. Our services include pre- and post-award grant management, fiscal reporting, transactional processing, information technology support, human resources, and building maintenance, as well as illustration and printing.

The CLAS Shared Services team is predominantly housed in the Austin Building and the Torrey Life Sciences Building, and are available 8am-5pm to meet the needs of all those within CLAS and the University.
